ZINREX – Account & Data Deletion Policy
This page explains how users of the Zinrex mobile application can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Zinrex account, please follow the steps below:
- Send an email to info@zinrex.com
- Use the subject line: “Zinrex Account Deletion Request”
- Include the phone number used to register your Zinrex account
Data that will be deleted
Once your request is verified and approved, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- User profile information (username, photos, bio)
- Registered phone number and account identifiers
- Messages, comments, likes, and social interactions
- In-app balance, virtual items, and subscription data
- Device and usage data associated with the account
Data retention
- All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days
- Certain data may be retained only if required by law (e.g. financial records or fraud prevention)
- Any retained data is securely stored and never used for marketing purposes
